These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Movix (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Movix is an AI content-generation platform that lets you create avatar videos, cinematic and product videos, images, slides, and related media using third-party AI models. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors (strictly prohibited and reported where required).
• Impersonates a real person or entity, or uses someone’s likeness or voice without permission.
• Is defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its providers.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Credits & payments

• The Service runs on a credit system. Generations consume credits based on the model and options you choose; the credit cost is shown before you generate.
• Credits can be purchased as packs or granted through a subscription plan, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Except where required by law, purchased credits and payments are non-refundable, and credits have no cash value.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing or credit rates prospectively; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

5. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI providers, you own the outputs you generate and may use them for your lawful purposes, including commercially. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your inputs and for how you use the outputs.

6. Third-party providers

The Service relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers (including HeyGen, Kie.ai, OpenAI, Venice.ai, Stripe, and cloud hosting/storage). Your use may be subject to their terms, and their availability or output quality is outside our control.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movix and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
