Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Movix (“Movix”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI content-generation platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored hashed), or your Google account details if you sign in with Google.
• Content you provide — prompts, scripts, uploaded images, videos, product photos, and other inputs, plus the media we generate for you.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details; we receive only limited transaction data (e.g. amount, status, last four digits).
• Usage & technical data — credits used, generations performed, feature activity, log data, device/browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service and generate the content you request.
• To create and secure your account, and to send account emails (verification codes, password resets, service notices).
• To process payments, manage credits, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. AI processing & third-party providers

Movix is an orchestration layer over third-party AI providers. To generate your content, the inputs you submit (and, where required, generated outputs) are sent to the relevant provider for processing. These may include:

• HeyGen — avatar video generation, translation, and voice.
• Kie.ai — cinematic/product video and image editing models (e.g. Seedream, Veo, Kling).
• OpenAI — chat, script generation, and content moderation.
• Venice.ai — image generation and background removal.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• MongoDB Atlas — database hosting; object storage for your generated media; and an email provider for transactional emails.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We share only what is necessary to deliver the feature you use.

4. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law, to protect our rights or users’ safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you may be used to improve the Service.

5. Data retention

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Generated media is stored so you can access it in your library; note that third-party providers may delete their copies on their own schedules. You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see “Your rights”).

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including hashed passwords, signed session cookies, and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@livewired.ai.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and never processed or stored.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our providers. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
